At in this moment, we only ship and accept returns within the UK.
Are refunds being received?
For complete customer satisfaction, we accept returns on both defective and non-defective products. Non-defective items may be returned if they are unused, in their original packaging, and within the return period.
Return Eligibility:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days shortly after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
In its original, unused condition
Returned in the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or invoice.
Manner to Return
Only mail is acceptable for returns. Your original package arrives along with a prepaid return shipping label, and return shipping costs is free.
To start a return:
Use the original packing to safely repackage the item.
Put the return label on it.
Deliver the package to the post office or collection location that is closest to you, as specified on the label.

Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees for returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping charges will also be refunded if the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@industrialcover.co.uk. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund.
