We currently only ship and accept returns within the United Kingdom.
Do You accept returns?
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products to ensure customer satisfaction. Defective items can be returned for a replacement or refund, while non-defective items may be returned if they are unused, in their original packaging, and within the specified return period.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
In its original, unused condition
Returned in the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or invoice.
Return Process
Returns are accepted by mail only. A prepaid return shipping label is included in your original package, and return shipping is free.
To initiate a return:
Repackage the item securely using the original packaging.
Attach the provided return label.
Drop the package off at the nearest post office or collection point indicated on the label.

Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees for returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping charges will also be refunded if the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@industrialcover.co.uk. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund.
