Delivery to an address other than the billing address:
You can receive the items at the address other than the billing address. For this, you have to put the details of the address in the box “Deliver to another address”. We will deliver your order to the address mentioned in that box.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will get an email having tracking details and order number. You have to share your order number or full name to get information about your order status.
Our Carriers:
For delivery we use different courier services that include DPD , FedEx and TNT.
Signature required against the parcel:
The courier service we use requires your signature on the document to confirm that the parcel will be delivered to the authentic and right person. In case you are not available at home, the rider will try three attempts and then return your parcel to us. Furthermore, we will contact you for a new address for delivery.

Where will my order be delivered?
We will deliver your order to the address you mentioned while making the purchase. If you want to receive your order at an address other than the billing address, then mention the address in the box “Deliver to another address. We will deliver your order to that address.
What if the items are damaged in the parcel?
If you receive damaged items in your parcel, call us at +44 73650 09947 or email us at support@industrialcover.co.uk. We accept your request only if the returned items are unused and in original packing. The return request must be within 14 days after delivery.
Can I track my order?
